And we all know the old adage “Every time a bell rings, an elf gets his Glock.” This Christmas, get ready for a comedic romp through the underbelly of the holiday season where one elf learns that killing and torturing isn’t the only way to solve a problem. It will be available in paperback, audiobook, and kindle on Black Friday (11/23/18). Here’s a short description:
As one of Santa’s Elite Fixers, Jing spends most of his time waterboarding greedy toy manufacturers or responding to terrorists holding Rudolph for ransom. While not on the job, he relaxes in the North Pole, a paradise where he could forget all the killing and bloodshed and curl up to some Christmas music and hot cocoa.
Until a rogue group of elves betrays Santa and threatens what should have been a pleasant Christmas.
You can pre-order today! Thank you to all who helped me pick a cover! I appreciated all the feedback and considered all of it.

Last, but not very least, the first five stories of the Teristaque Chronicles will be on sale for 99 cents until 10/11/19 (US & UK only), and I’m also giving away the first story in the series for free in a group giveaway with many different authors giving their stuff away for free too.
Thank you for all of your support.
The wait for new material is finally over! Grannork’s Burden will drop 12/31/17. If you want to get it in the wee hours of the last day of the year, it’s up for preorder. In this installment, you’ll get to see how Grannork ended in a Teristaque prison, and Kal will find out some vital information about her father.
That’s not all. If you need to catch up with the entire series, the Teristaque Chronicles Datapack 1 will be on sale for 99 cents from 12/28/17-1/2/18. The first datapack includes the first five stories of the series. Here’s the description of Part 6:
After stealing a Teristaque prototype, the entire galaxy is out to get Kal and her crew. Grannork’s brother, Tretkik, makes his presence known as a player on the galactic stage, by sending an armada of warships to settle the bad blood between them. Kal won’t let the family discord take down the best gunner in the Milky Way. Not that she isn’t struggling with issues of her own as Maker devises a DNA test that may settle the question of her parentage once and for all.
The free story will be The Government Shutdown 12/28/17-12/30/17.
Time Burrito has had a fantastic release, and I have all of you to thank for it. I really appreciate the support this book has seen. The free promotion was a resounding success of over 5000 downloads, and reviews seem to show people are enjoying the book. If you want to help, consider leaving a review yourself, or tell a friend about the book.
If you’ve read, shared, and loved Time Burrito and are itching for more, I would consider Playlist of the Ancient Dead. It’s a horror, science fiction, comedy with my most unusual premise. If you want to read Time Burrito’s sister book, check out Othello and Zombies. I wrote both of those at the same time. Finally, if my books with a comic edge are in the immortal words of Graham Chapman “too silly,” I would suggest Atmospheric Pressure. It’s a straight up Orwellian thriller that is nearing completion of a sequel.
Thanks again, you rock and/or roll.

Not only is Othello and Zombies a free download on Amazon today. I am participating in a give-away-a-thon for many many Horror and Urban Fantasy novels on InstaFreebie. You can check out the entire list here.
Note: Due to Amazon’s Terms of Service, I can’t give away the entire Othello and Zombies away for free so it’s only a sample on Instafreebie. Make sure you head here at Amazon for the entire Othello and Zombies book for free. In the meantime check out the awesome collection of free books.
I wanted to just get on the blog to update you with a couple of things I have cooking. The first is my crowd-funding campaign of Time Burrito. If you haven’t pre-ordered a copy, you should do so now. If you do, you’ll get the rare opportunity to read the book as I write it. And I must say that I sometimes find myself laughing out loud as I write it. If you were following this blog back in the days where I was just writing comedy, you will really like it. So click on the cat picture and check it out!
The other point of news is Atmospheric Pressure has been really picking up steam. It’s out on audible, and you can get it for free if you sign up for their free trial. The book is read by the talented Mike Alger, a weatherman from Reno. You can get the audiobook version here.
Last but not very least, if you are in the Minneapolis area, you can find Atmospheric Pressure at the local bookstore Magers and Quinn! So please check it out and support local authors, and local bookstores too!
