Who would have thought that I would have such an appropriate book cover for what would be my last Kindle Scout campaign? I want to thank you all for supporting ORION. You folks are truly what keeps me going. So let’s get to business. How do you get ORION for free?
It’s pretty simple. May 20th through the 23rd the book will be a free download for Kindle on this link here. I couldn’t do it any sooner because I need to book advertisers or else it would disappear in the mountains of literature on Amazon.
Lastly, if you want to support me financially speaking, you can either preorder ORION or buy the many in my back catalog (I recommend Time Burrito).
Bonus Lastly, if you think you know someone who might like one of my books, lend them it on your kindle, recommend on social media. It’s the small things that help in a big way.
Thank you all again, and I will remind again in May when the free download is up and running.
There are only days left to nominate ORION and get a free copy if it selected. Your support is critical to the success of this book. The more people who nominate, the more people will see the book. Even though Time Burrito wasn’t selected, your help let it reach a wider audience, larger than I had anticipated.
If you haven’t done so, click here, check out the excerpt, and then click nominate if you like what you see. I appreciate the support you have given me. I want to give a little back. For the next five days 4/1/18-4/5/18, Living Material Inside — Open Immediately will be free. Time Burrito will be 99 cents from 4/1/18-4/7/18, a perfect gift to brighten a friend’s day!
Did you know you can find info about any of my books by clicking the book link to the side and then clicking on any of the books?
For those of you who have been following this project for a while, it started off with the title Life 2.0. After much deliberation to preserve the surprise ending, I am going to title it ORION. It’s now ready for the world, and I need your help getting it published with Amazon’s press.
All you need to do is click the book to the right, read the excerpt, and then click the nominate button. For your trouble, you’ll get a free copy of the book when it is released! If you really want to help me out, maybe convince a couple friends to nominate too. I appreciate all the support you all have given me.
I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported Time Burrito. While you can only nominate once, there are a few things you can do during the campaign’s final days. If you’ve read the excerpt and think Time Burrito is a book you’d like to see published then share it on social media. Email a friend. Tell your mom about it, or even just show your cat the cover (trust me, he/she will be jealous). Here’s a convenient cut and pasteable form of the nomination link:
For those of you who’ve been following this blog since I’ve been writing silly irreverent humor essays, this book is for you. I finally found a story that’s a perfect marriage of my love of humor and Science Fiction. The good news is that you are going to get a copy of it for free, but I’m going to need your help. Time Burrito is in the running for a publishing deal with Amazon, but it needs nominations to do it.
Nominating doesn’t take much time, and you’ll get a free kindle copy of the book if it’s selected. You can nominate by clicking the link below or the picture of the cat on a burrito flying through space. Be sure to check out the excerpt before you do.
Nominate Time Burrito here.
Here’s a short description of the book: Pete’s food truck at the University of New Mexico isn’t going well. Seniors dare freshman to eat his burritos. Frats use them for pledges and pranks. Rumors fly around campus that they are chupacabra ground up with rat. Pete needs a change, and it comes in the form of a physics experiment gone awry. After being sucked into the past, he stumbles across an ingredient that goes great in one of his creations. First, there was Marty McFly. Then there was Bill and Ted. And now Pete—
